MSO opposes any move by Central govenrment to dicriminalise section 377 of the IPC which penalizes Unanatural  Sex .MSO demands from the Central govenrment to pass an act against the Delhi High court order which okays it between consensual partners.

MSO is of the view that this Judgment will have an negative Impact on the Indian Socity.It will lead to various evils.

 

The Chief Patron of MSO and Sunni leader Kanthapuram A P Aboobacker Musliyar aslo said that the verdict was unfortunate and the legalisation of homosexuality was not only an issue that affects the Muslim community in the country but also a social issue.“The government should have held discussions with religious organisations before repealing the controversial Section- 377 of the Indian Penal Code which criminalises homosexuality,” he said.
